Do you have enough time?
The week of your wedding can be a busy time for many couples and it’s easy to underestimate the time you’ll need to complete your floral designs. From pickup to placement and your venue, make sure you have enough time and help to achieve your vision.
Do you have enough people to help put together the arrangements?
For beginners, wedding floral design isn’t something you’ll want to manage on your own. Set aside at least 2-3 days prior to the wedding to begin your arrangements.
Do you have the tools you will need?
You will need heavy duty clippers amongst other key floral supplies.
Do you have the ability to transport and store the designs once you have completed them?
If you are doing the design work somewhere other than the venue you’ll need to figure out how to safely transport lots of vases filled with flowers and water.
